Gaston Wuestenbergs (° Alken, 1954) is a member of the ARTISIT group, a creation center for contemporary art in Genk. ARTISIT focuses on the “psychotic point of view” as a source of inspiration and wants to break through the stereotype about the art of psychotic people. For Gaston Wuestenbergs, art is “thinking on paper”. He is inspired by the natural processes. With this exhibition of 10,200 drawings and 25,000 pages of descriptive texts, he wants to bring us to reflection on the decline of our beautiful world. The exhibition runs from 4 to 15 November, every day from 1 to 8 pm.
